Includes deliverables for DINmotion Core Extended plus profiles for metabolites and /or toxins generated during the process of metabolism; respiratory gas profiles, blood dynamics parameters as well as analysis are also included.

Changes in system’s parameters due to simulated factors are included in the scope if requested.

Deliverables include:

Datasets with calculated data, extended analysis (possible influence of environmental changes on drug concentration profiles), calculated toxicity data and analysis, regime corrections, corresponding re-calculations and support.
